Terms of use

The rules depend on what you are buying, and every listing is labelled with its type. If anything here is unclear, ask us on WhatsApp before you pay. The FAQ answers the common questions.

Offline activations

The cheapest way to play: you sign in to an account of ours that owns the game and play it in offline mode.

You get the login details for an account we provide. It is not a game key, and the game is not added to your own Steam, Ubisoft or EA account.
Details are sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as your payment is confirmed.
The account is for offline use only.
You may not use Steam Family Library Sharing on the account.
You may not share the account details with anyone else.
You may not change any of the account's details.
One purchase works on one PC.
Once offline mode is set up, you can play for as long as you like.
Your saves are yours to keep, and there is no deadline for finishing the game.
You can switch back to your own account whenever you want.
The game's online features will not work.
It cannot be played through cloud gaming services such as PlayKey, GeForce Now, Loudplay or Drova.
We help with activation problems for 6 months after you buy.
Once the account details have been sent, the sale is final. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

If you break any of these rules, we stop the service and you do not get a refund.

Full-access accounts

A brand-new account with the game on it, sold to you outright. Everything online works.

You get the login details for a brand-new account on the platform the listing names, made for this sale. The game is already on it, with no hours played. It is not a shared account, and not a key for your own account.
Details are sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as your payment is confirmed.
The account is fully yours. Online play, multiplayer, cloud saves and achievements all work as they would on any account of your own.
Change the password as soon as you have signed in, and keep the new one somewhere safe.
Move the account's email address to your own whenever you like.
Play on as many of your own PCs as you like. There is no activation limit on an account you own.
The account is sold once, to you. Nobody else gets the same details.
We help with account questions for 6 months after you buy.
Once the account details have been sent, the sale is final. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

Keys

A genuine code you redeem on your own account. No account of ours is involved.

You get a genuine activation key for the store the listing names, and you redeem it on your own account. No account of ours is involved.
The key is sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Where the key goes:
- Steam: In Steam, open Games → Activate a Product on Steam and paste the key.
- Rockstar Games: In the Rockstar Games Launcher, open your account menu → Redeem Code and paste the key.
- Microsoft: Go to redeem.microsoft.com, sign in with your own Microsoft account and paste the code.
- EA: In the EA app, open the menu beside your avatar → Redeem Product Code and paste the key.
- Ubisoft: In Ubisoft Connect, open the top-left menu → Activate a Key and paste it.
- Epic Games: In the Epic Games Launcher, open your account menu → Redeem Code and paste the key.
The game is then yours for good, in your own library. Online play, multiplayer, achievements and cloud saves all work, because it is your own account.
Install it on as many of your own PCs as you like.
Each key works once. We check it before we send it, and if it will not activate you get a new one or a full refund.
We help with activation for 6 months after you buy.

Check which store the key is for before you buy. A key for one launcher will not work on another, and a redeemed key cannot be returned.

Game Pass accounts

A Microsoft Store account we provide, with 12 months of Xbox Game Pass on it.

Login details for a Microsoft Store account with a 12-month Xbox Game Pass subscription. That gives you over 200 PC games, not just the one you bought it for. There are no region restrictions.

The library includes The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, Forza Horizon 5, Forza Motorsport, Starfield, and many more.

Not supported on this product: Minecraft (all versions), Minecraft Dungeons, Sea of Thieves, Football Manager 26, Sniper Elite 5, Diablo IV, Riot Games titles, Ubisoft+, EA Play, Activision games.

You get the login details for a Microsoft Store account we provide. It is not a game key, and the games are not added to your own Microsoft account.
Details are sent to you on WhatsApp as soon as your payment is confirmed.
You have access to the account for 12 months from the day you buy.
There is no activation code. You activate the games by signing in to the account we send you.
It only works on PCs running Windows 10 or 11, not on Xbox consoles.
You play on your own Xbox Live account, so your nickname and your achievements stay on your own profile. The account we provide is not for use in the Xbox Console Companion app.
Games update automatically, so you never need to reinstall them by hand.
After reinstalling Windows, or removing the account from the Microsoft Store, you can sign back in the same way.
You may not change the account's password or any other detail.
One purchase works on one PC. To play on a second PC, you need to buy it again.
If you change your CPU or motherboard, the access has to be moved. Message us before you change them, not after.
Check that your PC meets the minimum requirements of the game you want. If it does not, that is your responsibility, not ours.
Online play is guaranteed to work as it does on the day you buy. If Microsoft changes it later, we are not responsible.
We help with activation problems for 12 months after you buy, the same 12 months your access lasts.
Once the account details have been sent, the sale is final. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

If you break any of these rules, we stop the service and you do not get a refund.
